Abstract
Cu-Zn-Al and Cu-Al-Ni alloys with shape memory effect were tested in matrix phase in many temperatures for obtaining couples of points. {sigma}A is the tension in which the matrix phase is induced to a new martensitic phase in the testing temperature. The {sigma} x T diagram suggests a straight-line that in its interception with T axis furnishes the M{sub s} temperature of the testing alloy, experimental values are compatibles with the ones in the literature and obtained by DSC.
