Abstract
We discuss the advantages of using the momentum space lattice method for studying the phase diagram of quenched QED{sub 4}. Preliminary results of a numerical simulation are presented. They indicate that the method avoids the contamination by 4-fermi interactions which plagues the conventional position space non-compact formulation. ((orig.)).
