Abstract
This is the technical report on one of the buildings studied in the Energy Performance Assessment project. The project is sponsored by the Energy Technology Support Unit at Harwell on behalf of the Department of Energy. It aims to accelerate the uptake of designs of low energy passive solar buildings through field trials on occupied buildings. The methodology established involves: preliminaries including a design statement; measured amenity and environment; measured energy; modelled energy; reference energy; modelled cost; and reference cost. Finally a holistic appraisal is given. (author).
