Abstract
The total cross section of the process e{sup +}e{sup -}{yields}hadrons has been measured in the center-of-mass energy range between 7.23 and 10.34 GeV using the MD-1 detector at the VEPP-4 collider. The ratio R={sigma}(e{sup +}e{sup -}{yields}hadrons)/{sigma}(e{sup +}e{sup -}{yields}{mu}{sup +}{mu}{sup -}) was found to be constant in this energy range with the average value of 3.58{+-}0.02{+-}0.14. 31 refs., 7 figs., 3 tabs.
