Abstract

A computer model is developed to calculate the optimal heat costs for local heating plants and to calculate key performance indicators for energy, as delivered energy and CO{sub 2} emissions. The core of the developed calculation model is an operational simulator that simulates the operation of a local heating plant hourly through a normal year. (AG)
