Abstract

Of the total energy consumption buildings takes 40 percent and industry 35 percent. Now that the industry believes it can save 10-30 percent of their consumption, while the construction industry has said it can halve energy use by 2040. Can we simply rationalize away from the energy crisis? (AG)
