Abstract
For security reasons, should both impeller and pressure parts in turbines be inspected once a year, which is the case in most power plants in Norway. Besides the visual inspection of any cavitation and abrasion crack control should be carried out both runner and pressure parts, also of repaired sites in the same way as for a new wheel. (AG)
