Residue phase diagrams by deposition of niobium nitrides from vapour-gas mixture and diagrams of residue equilibrium compositions as function of the mentioned parameters, which enabled determination of the deposition process optimal regime for [epsilon]-NbN pure phase are plotted.</dc:description>
