Here a report is presented on its application in a radioimmunoassay for tubulin useful in the concentration range of 0.5 to 20 ..mu..g tubulin/ml. The advantages of this technique over the classical colchicine binding assay are discussed in terms of sensitivity and nonsusceptibility to the degree of polymerization and thermal denaturation of tubulin allowing its application to cell culture homogenates.","","","","","Netherlands","1977-06-15","","English","Journal Article","","","78:2","Journal Name: FEBS (Fed.
