"description" : "A successful energy management program needs handling and detailed interpretation of energy data. The energy management program described in this paper, was initially developed to assist the Tasmanian Government to use energy efficiently at thousands of their sites. The software proved to be so successful that it is being used as a tool in managing many institutional energy programs in Australia. The software is based on Borland`s Paradox, uses an energy database to produce graphs as well as tables of energy use and other building details such as energy costs/consumption history, variable and fixed load, outside air temperature and its correlation with the energy consumption, tariff details, building energy signature, building energy index and its comparison with efficient buildings. The software can be modified to include data handling of any other asset details. (author). 8 figs.",
