In order to achieve good suppression of systematic errors by secondary reactions in the target and in the target windows, the thickness of the foil window for a 1 mm target may only be 0.3 {mu}m. A pressure difference of 200 mbar permits the use of such thin foils (with a diameter of 6 mm). A purely mechanical pressure control unit was built, which consists of soft bellows and a loading weight. The pressure difference from a vacuum, which is in the bellows, is set by the weight on the bellows. The working parameters were chosen so that deuterium, nitrogen and oxygen can be used. The pressure variations in the cell are only {+-} 2.5 mbar. A mixing of gaseous and liquid hydrogen in the target cell and the formation of bubbles due to free convection can be prevented. A quiet volume of liquid hydrogen free of bubbles was obtained. (orig./HP). Um eine gute Unterdrueckung von systematischen Fehlern durch Sekundaerreaktionen im Target als auch in den Targetfenstern zu erreichen, duerfen bei einem 1 mm Target die Dicke der Folienfenster nur 0.3 {mu}m betragen. Eine Druckdifferenz von 200 mbar erlaubt den Einsatz solch duenner Folien (bei einem Durchmesser von 6 mm). Dazu wurde eine rein mechanische Druckregeleinheit gebaut, die aus einem weichen Federbalg und einem Beschwerungsgewicht besteht. Die Druckdifferenz zum Vakuum, in der sich der Federbalg befindet, wird durch das Gewicht auf den Federbalg eingestellt. Die Betriebsparameter wurden so gewaehlt, dass auch Deuterium, Stickstoff und Sauerstoff verwendet werden koennen. Die Druckschwankungen innerhalb der Zelle betragen nur {+-} 2.5 mbar. Eine Durchmischung von gasfoermigen und fluessigem Wasserstoff in der Targetzelle sowie eine Blasenbildung durch freie Konvektion kann verhindert werden.
