The part of this procedure, namely measuring the length of the resting ({upsilon} = 0) rod, is realizable and leads to the elongation of the moving rod. The other part of Einstein`s procedure, measuring the length of the moving ({upsilon} {ne} 0) rod, is not realizable and leads to the contraction of the moving rod. As the result of this procedure the moving rod contraction concept is supposed physically unfounded.
