TY - PAT TI - Fuel cell power generation system; Nenryo denchi hatsuden system AB - In the conventional fuel cell power generation system, it is absolutely necessary to install a desulfurization system on the upper stream of the reforming system for preventing the reforming catalyst from being poisoned by sulfur at a lower temperature part of the outside heating type steam reforming system even if the sulfur content in the raw fuel is as low as 5 - 6ppm. In the invented fuel cell power generation system, the fuel reformer which reforms the raw fuel gas into hydrogen rich fuel gas adopts an inside heating system. In addition, a hydrogen recovery and reuse system is installed for recovering and reusing the hydrogen gas contained in the exhaust gas from the fuel electrode. As the operation temperature of the reforming tube in the inside heating type fuel reforming system can be easily controlled to be over 550{degree}C, preventing the reforming catalyst from being poisoned by sulfur compounds contained in the raw fuel can be easily performed. Furthermore, as the majority of the hydrogen gas contained in the anode exhaust gas can be recovered to be reused in the fuel cell, the efficiency can be improved. 2 figs.
