Abstract
The PIACE software is an approach to the parallel integration and chromosomal expansion (PIACE) of metabolic pathways, which extends the Chemical-Induced Chromosomal Expansion (CIChE) method. The software has little to no application outside the specific use case of a specific approach to isopentanol production and analysis of specific related data.
