DataShare Recon Assistant Tool (DSRAT) software is used for capturing recon data and information in an emergency response situation on an Android device. Users can capture images, video, item description and spectra information in DSRAT and upload it to DataShare, which is a multi-server application that shares data in real-time to all nodes on the network. Sandia National Laboratories is a multimission laboratory managed and operated by National Technology & Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Honeywell International Inc., for the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration under contract DE-NA0003525.
