Abstract
A python package that helps with working with MSI Windows installers, by providing a library and utilities
to read information from the file, extract embedded files, and update/write MSI files. Functionality is
similar to https://wiki.gnome.org/msitools and https://github.com/mdsteele/rust-msi but written in pure
Python so that it can easily be installed and used on a wider variety of systems.
