Abstract
JSAC is a Java implementation of the Seismic Analysis Code (SAC2000,
https://github.com/LLNL/SAC2000). It is intended to bring the most commonly used features of SAC2000
up to date with modern standards, support parallelized computation where possible, and implement
improvements in algorithms and numerics.
