Title: Materials Data on AlRe by Materials Project

Abstract

ReAl is gamma CuTi structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/nmm space group. The structure is two-dimensional and consists of two ReAl sheets oriented in the (0, 0, 1) direction. Re is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Al atoms. All Re–Al bond lengths are 2.61 Å. Al is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Re atoms.
