Title: Materials Data on VAu by Materials Project

Abstract

AuV crystallizes in the trigonal R-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. V is bonded to six equivalent Au atoms to form a mixture of distorted edge and corner-sharing VAu6 cuboctahedra. All V–Au bond lengths are 2.82 Å. Au is bonded to six equivalent V atoms to form a mixture of distorted edge and corner-sharing AuV6 cuboctahedra.
