Title: Materials Data on PdPb4Au by Materials Project

Abstract

PdAuPb4 is Khatyrkite-derived structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal I422 space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Pd is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Au and eight equivalent Pb atoms. Both Pd–Au bond lengths are 2.91 Å. All Pd–Pb bond lengths are 3.08 Å. Au is bonded in a distorted q6 geometry to two equivalent Pd and eight equivalent Pb atoms. All Au–Pb bond lengths are 3.08 Å. Pb is bonded in a 7-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Pd, two equivalent Au, and three equivalent Pb atoms. There are one shorter (3.26 Å) and two longer (3.45 Å) Pb–Pb bond lengths.
