Title: Materials Data on La2SnHg by Materials Project

Abstract

La2HgSn crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two La2HgSn ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. La is bonded in a linear geometry to one Hg and one Sn atom. The La–Hg bond length is 3.09 Å. The La–Sn bond length is 2.96 Å. Hg is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent La atoms. Sn is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent La atoms.
