Materials Data on YbEu by Materials Project
Abstract
EuYb crystallizes in the orthorhombic Cmmm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Yb is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Yb and four equivalent Eu atoms. All Yb–Yb bond lengths are 3.76 Å. All Yb–Eu bond lengths are 3.74 Å. Eu is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Yb and four equivalent Eu atoms. All Eu–Eu bond lengths are 3.76 Å.
