Title: Materials Data on CdPd2Pt by Materials Project

Abstract

PtPd2Cd crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two PtPd2Cd ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Pt is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Pd atoms. Both Pt–Pd bond lengths are 2.44 Å. Pd is bonded in a linear geometry to one Pt and one Cd atom. The Pd–Cd bond length is 2.65 Å. Cd is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Pd atoms.
