Title: Materials Data on Zn2As by Materials Project

Abstract

Zn2As is Cuprite structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pn-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Zn is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent As atoms. Both Zn–As bond lengths are 2.42 Å. As is bonded to four equivalent Zn atoms to form corner-sharing AsZn4 tetrahedra.
