Title: Materials Data on AlReSi by Materials Project

Abstract

ReAlSi crystallizes in the tetragonal I4mm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Re is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Al and five equivalent Si atoms. There are one shorter (2.63 Å) and four longer (2.66 Å) Re–Al bond lengths. There are four shorter (2.57 Å) and one longer (2.81 Å) Re–Si bond lengths. Al is bonded in a distorted q6 geometry to five equivalent Re and five equivalent Si atoms. There are one shorter (2.63 Å) and four longer (2.66 Å) Al–Si bond lengths. Si is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Re and five equivalent Al atoms.
