Title: Materials Data on CeDyFe4 by Materials Project

Abstract

DyCeFe4 is Hexagonal Laves-derived structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Dy is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ce and twelve equivalent Fe atoms. All Dy–Ce bond lengths are 3.16 Å. All Dy–Fe bond lengths are 3.02 Å. Ce is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Dy and twelve equivalent Fe atoms. All Ce–Fe bond lengths are 3.02 Å. Fe is bonded to three equivalent Dy, three equivalent Ce, and six equivalent Fe atoms to form a mixture of corner, edge, and face-sharing FeCe3Dy3Fe6 cuboctahedra. There are three shorter (2.57 Å) and three longer (2.58 Å) Fe–Fe bond lengths.
