Title: Materials Data on TaBeOs2 by Materials Project

Abstract

BeTaOs2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two BeTaOs2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Be is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Os atoms. Both Be–Os bond lengths are 2.25 Å. Ta is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Os atoms. Both Ta–Os bond lengths are 2.24 Å. Os is bonded in a linear geometry to one Be and one Ta atom.
