Title: Materials Data on ZrGeAs by Materials Project

Abstract

ZrGeAs crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Zr is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ge and five equivalent As atoms. There are a spread of Zr–Ge bond distances ranging from 2.85–2.90 Å. There are a spread of Zr–As bond distances ranging from 2.82–3.02 Å. Ge is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Zr, two equivalent Ge, and two equivalent As atoms. Both Ge–Ge bond lengths are 2.60 Å. Both Ge–As bond lengths are 2.77 Å. As is bonded in a 7-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Zr and two equivalent Ge atoms.
