Title: Materials Data on PrI6 by Materials Project

Abstract

PrI4(I)2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Cmmm space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of four hydriodic acid molecules and two PrI4 clusters. In each PrI4 cluster, Pr is bonded in a square co-planar geometry to four equivalent I atoms. All Pr–I bond lengths are 3.02 Å. I is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one Pr atom.
