Title: Materials Data on CaBiAu2 by Materials Project

Abstract

CaAu2Bi crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two CaAu2Bi ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ca is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Au atoms. Both Ca–Au bond lengths are 2.73 Å. Au is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ca and one Bi atom. The Au–Bi bond length is 2.81 Å. Bi is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Au atoms.
