Title: Materials Data on Y2AlCu by Materials Project

Abstract

Y2CuAl crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Y2CuAl ribbons oriented in the (0, 1, 0) direction. Y is bonded in a linear geometry to one Cu and one Al atom. The Y–Cu bond length is 2.82 Å. The Y–Al bond length is 2.93 Å. Cu is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Y atoms. Al is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Y atoms.
