Title: Materials Data on EuZnIn by Materials Project

Abstract

EuZnIn crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Eu is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Zn and six equivalent In atoms. There are a spread of Eu–Zn bond distances ranging from 3.29–3.53 Å. There are a spread of Eu–In bond distances ranging from 3.36–3.56 Å. Zn is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Eu, one Zn, and three equivalent In atoms. The Zn–Zn bond length is 2.75 Å. There are two shorter (2.80 Å) and one longer (3.10 Å) Zn–In bond lengths. In is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Eu, three equivalent Zn, and one In atom. The In–In bond length is 2.94 Å.
