Materials Data on TbGePd by Materials Project
Abstract
TbPdGe crystallizes in the orthorhombic Imm2 space group. The structure is three-dimensional. there are four inequivalent Tb sites. In the first Tb site, Tb is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to six Pd and six Ge atoms. All Tb–Pd bond lengths are 3.13 Å. There are four shorter (3.12 Å) and two longer (3.22 Å) Tb–Ge bond lengths. In the second Tb site, Tb is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to six Pd and six Ge atoms. There are a spread of Tb–Pd bond distances ranging from 2.98–3.22 Å. There are a spread of Tb–Ge bond distances ranging from 3.06–3.28 Å. In the third Tb site, Tb is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to six Pd and six Ge atoms. There are two shorter (3.22 Å) and four longer (3.27 Å) Tb–Pd bond lengths. There are two shorter (3.02 Å) and four longer (3.03 Å) Tb–Ge bond lengths. In the fourth Tb site, Tb is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to six Pd and six Ge atoms. There are a spread of Tb–Pd bond distances ranging from 3.06–3.17 Å. There are a spread of Tb–Ge bond distances ranging from 3.09–3.22 Å. There are three inequivalent Pd sites. In the firstmore »
