Title: Materials Data on Nd(BRu)2 by Materials Project

Abstract

Nd(RuB)2 crystallizes in the tetragonal I4_1/acd space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of two Nd(RuB)2 frameworks. Nd2+ is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent B3- atoms. Both Nd–B bond lengths are 2.54 Å. Ru2+ is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to two equivalent B3- atoms. There are one shorter (2.02 Å) and one longer (2.19 Å) Ru–B bond lengths. B3- is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to one Nd2+, two equivalent Ru2+, and two equivalent B3- atoms. There is one shorter (1.64 Å) and one longer (1.78 Å) B–B bond length.
