Title: Materials Data on NdAlPd2 by Materials Project

Abstract

NdPd2Al crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Nd is bonded in a 11-coordinate geometry to eight equivalent Pd and three equivalent Al atoms. There are a spread of Nd–Pd bond distances ranging from 3.08–3.35 Å. There are a spread of Nd–Al bond distances ranging from 3.16–3.20 Å. Pd is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Nd and three equivalent Al atoms. There are a spread of Pd–Al bond distances ranging from 2.58–2.67 Å. Al is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to three equivalent Nd and six equivalent Pd atoms.
