Materials Data on SbTe by Materials Project
Abstract
SbTe crystallizes in the orthorhombic Cmmm space group. The structure is two-dimensional and consists of two SbTe sheets oriented in the (0, 1, 0) direction. Sb is bonded in a distorted square co-planar geometry to four equivalent Te atoms. All Sb–Te bond lengths are 3.15 Å. Te is bonded in a distorted square co-planar geometry to four equivalent Sb atoms.
