Title: Materials Data on Y2Te3 by Materials Project

Abstract

Y2Te3 crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/mmm space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of one tellurium molecule and two YTe clusters. In each YTe cluster, Y3+ is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one Te2- atom. The Y–Te bond length is 2.63 Å. Te2- is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one Y3+ atom.
