Title: Materials Data on CoAuO3 by Materials Project

Abstract

CoAuO3 is (Cubic) Perovskite structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Co3+ is bonded to six equivalent O2- atoms to form CoO6 octahedra that share corners with six equivalent CoO6 octahedra and faces with eight equivalent AuO12 cuboctahedra. The corner-sharing octahedral tilt angles are 0°. All Co–O bond lengths are 1.90 Å. Au3+ is bonded to twelve equivalent O2- atoms to form AuO12 cuboctahedra that share corners with twelve equivalent AuO12 cuboctahedra, faces with six equivalent AuO12 cuboctahedra, and faces with eight equivalent CoO6 octahedra. All Au–O bond lengths are 2.69 Å. O2- is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Co3+ and four equivalent Au3+ atoms.
