(SiCH3)4(Si(CH3)3)8Si2C2H5O crystallizes in the triclinic P1 space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of one hydroxy(2-$l^{1}-silanylethyl)silicon molecule; four silane, methyl- molecules; and eight trimethylsilyl radical molecules.
