Title: Materials Data on CaHgPd2 by Materials Project

Abstract

CaPd2Hg crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two CaPd2Hg ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ca is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Pd atoms. Both Ca–Pd bond lengths are 2.50 Å. Pd is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ca and one Hg atom. The Pd–Hg bond length is 2.72 Å. Hg is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Pd atoms.
