Materials Data on Sc2InGa by Materials Project
Abstract
Sc2InGa crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Sc2InGa ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Sc is bonded in a linear geometry to one In and one Ga atom. The Sc–In bond length is 2.88 Å. The Sc–Ga bond length is 2.62 Å. In is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Sc atoms. Ga is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Sc atoms.
