Title: Materials Data on NdGaPt by Materials Project

Abstract

NdPtGa crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Nd is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Pt and six equivalent Ga atoms. There are a spread of Nd–Pt bond distances ranging from 2.97–3.21 Å. There are a spread of Nd–Ga bond distances ranging from 3.14–3.36 Å. Pt is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Nd and four equivalent Ga atoms. There are a spread of Pt–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.69–2.71 Å. Ga is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Nd and four equivalent Pt atoms.
