Materials Data on KTl2Pb by Materials Project
Abstract
KTl2Pb crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two KTl2Pb ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. K is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Tl atoms. Both K–Tl bond lengths are 3.54 Å. Tl is bonded in a linear geometry to one K and one Pb atom. The Tl–Pb bond length is 2.88 Å. Pb is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Tl atoms.
