Title: Materials Data on La2GaCu by Materials Project

Abstract

La2CuGa crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two La2CuGa ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. La is bonded in a linear geometry to one Cu and one Ga atom. The La–Cu bond length is 2.61 Å. The La–Ga bond length is 2.74 Å. Cu is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent La atoms. Ga is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent La atoms.
