Title: Materials Data on LaAsRuO by Materials Project

Abstract

LaRuAsO crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/nmm space group. The structure is two-dimensional and consists of two lanthanum molecules; two ruthenium molecules; and one AsO sheet oriented in the (0, 0, 1) direction. In the AsO sheet, As3- is bonded in a distorted square co-planar geometry to four equivalent O2- atoms. All As–O bond lengths are 2.15 Å. O2- is bonded in a square co-planar geometry to four equivalent As3- atoms.
