Title: Materials Data on Co3Sn by Materials Project

Abstract

Co3Sn crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/mmm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. there are two inequivalent Co sites. In the first Co site, Co is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to five Co and four equivalent Sn atoms. There are four shorter (2.50 Å) and one longer (2.54 Å) Co–Co bond lengths. All Co–Sn bond lengths are 2.67 Å. In the second Co site, Co is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to eight equivalent Co and two equivalent Sn atoms. Both Co–Sn bond lengths are 2.86 Å. Sn is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to ten Co atoms.
