Title: Materials Data on Nb3Al2N by Materials Project

Abstract

Nb3Al2N is beta Sn-like structured and crystallizes in the cubic P4_332 space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of four Nb3Al2N clusters. Nb is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one N atom. The Nb–N bond length is 1.88 Å. Al is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one N atom. The Al–N bond length is 2.03 Å. N is bonded in a trigonal bipyramidal geometry to three equivalent Nb and two equivalent Al atoms.
