Materials Data on Sr8Rh5 by Materials Project
Abstract
Sr8Rh5 crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Sr is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to five Rh atoms. There are a spread of Sr–Rh bond distances ranging from 3.15–3.18 Å. There are three inequivalent Rh sites. In the first Rh site, Rh is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Sr atoms. In the second Rh site, Rh is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Sr atoms. In the third Rh site, Rh is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Sr atoms.
