Title: Materials Data on TaVW2 by Materials Project

Abstract

TaVW2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two TaVW2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ta is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent W atoms. Both Ta–W bond lengths are 2.30 Å. V is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent W atoms. Both V–W bond lengths are 2.25 Å. W is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ta and one V atom.
