Title: Materials Data on LiYb2Cd by Materials Project

Abstract

LiYb2Cd is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Li is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Yb atoms. All Li–Yb bond lengths are 3.32 Å. Yb is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Li and four equivalent Cd atoms. All Yb–Cd bond lengths are 3.32 Å. Cd is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Yb atoms.
